L Style G Style and friends made their way to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Austin this week to cook a hearty lunch for its residents. It was definitely a blast, but more importantly, a reminder that a break from work to lend a helping hand can be just as refreshing as it is a great way to give back.
Austin’s Ronald McDonald House – like others across America – offers support and housing to families while their children receive medical attention at nearby facilities. RMHC aims to create a “home-away-from-home,” where families can eat, relax, and sleep in a comfortable environment. Servicing the community since 1974, with over 322 Ronald McDonald Houses, RMHC continues to warm the hearts of many, providing assistance to families all over the country.
