    Cheer on your favorite Austin bartenders at the Ultimate Bartender Challenge, presented by Tales of the Cocktail and Monkey Shoulder.  UBC is a competition, held in five cities throughout the country, which challenges the best of the best in bartending. 25 Austin bartenders will compete in a series of challenges that test the real “skills that pay the bills”. The top dog from every city will win a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland for the 2018 Tales on Tour, a five-day premier cocktail festival. This year’s judges are some of the most critically acclaimed personalities in the hospitality industry: Seb Derbomez (Monkey Shoulder Brand Ambassador), Chris Hannah (French 75, New Orleans), John Lermayer (Sweet Liberty, Miami), Ezra Star (Drink, Boston), and Dev Johnson (Employees Only, New York City).
